Orientation Day!

Today, Orientation for International First Year Students... Went for it but didn't see Wei Yang leh. Anyways, it was a total waste of time la... except the end part where they issued the OSHC card & the Student ID & PIN. After that, didn't linger in school for long. Went Toowong to meet Vivian to bring us to the bank to open an account. Commonwealth Bank! And we setup a NetBank Account & a Streamline Account... NetBank has an annual interest rate of 5.4% if I have $5k & above in it! Cool! Haha! Then Streamline is just a normal account with ATM card lor. And then we applied for a credit card also, so that we can buy stuff online if needed. Took us about an hour or so in the bank.

After that, everyone was hungry le. But we went on to search the real estate agencies for possible new rental lists with more units or houses. Found 1 on Benson St but couldn't apply for it coz we don't have our bank drafts anymore & the bank couldn't print a statement for us today. SO we shall submit our applications tmr! So we went into Toowong Village to eat lor. I ate this Roast Toast Burger... wow... big sia! Haha! It's like a Carl's Jr Burger can! But no drinks, no fries. Cost me AUD$5.20. After that, went to Coles to shop for some more groceries. Bought milk, pasta, pasta sauce, cheese, fish fingers, ice-cream & soft drinks! That'd be tonight's dinner... no la, not all of it, silly. Haha! Then went to this shop to buy beer. They wanted it, I was ok with it. And then we headed home. Wah... so hot lor the weather!!! Felt like the ice-cream would have melted by the time we got back. But it didn't la.

Anyways, after we put everything in the fridge & cooled off abit, we started to look at our courses online... enrolling & all... wah! So confusing lor! I picked 4 modules but only 1 module has the timetable... I really dunno what that means. Anyways, I'm gonna go school to ask the academic advisors tomorrow. Don't wanna screw up my education here... too expensive to risk that. Haha! As for now, I'm giving up... tired & hot & sticky. And abit hungry too! Which reminds me... I should go cook something soon. It's like 8pm le.

*growls*

She's got dance today. He worries for her injured feet. But he can't make her forgo her favourite activity... and he doesn't want to either. Nevertheless, he's concerned. She'd be tired and he can't be there for her. =( She'd be lonely and he can't send her home. How he wished he was back there with his love, his darling...
