After 3 days of no Internet

Hi! Haha! Finally I posted these posts up! It's been a few days. No, I still don't have connection at home. I'm in school. Just here to post the blog for now. Have to go to Arthropods lecture soon. In fact, I should go now. Haha! Later got Break Dance tryout. So excited! Haha!

Hai... internet connection at home is finally up. But it's so intermittent it's as good as none. Tomorrow move house loh... Dunno how everything's gonna turn out. May have to make a few trips here & there... Oh wells, at least it's gonna be a one-time thingy.

I got my Entomology stuff le... Die man. Doesn't look easy, this module. I need to go out & catch some insects for a presentation at the end of the semester lor. Have to kill them & preserve them, then lay them out & pin them & label them. I need my army uniform man. Brought my boots but didn't bring uniform. And the past few days, in fact, week, have been rainy & cold... It's gonna be difficult to capture all those lil' critters. They'll all be hiding la! And I need 45 specimens lor! No repeats! How to do with such kind of weather? Die die die...

I think there's a high chance I might be getting a mountain bike soon. $200 would equate to approximately 23 weeks of bus transport. Hmm... that's like, half a year! Is it worth it? I wonder... But then, when I leave this place, I can still sell the bike for a good sum of money, so it'd be quite a good investment right? I need to think this through some more.

Good evening!

Hai... today had a 12pm lecture. Nearly late sia... haha! But alright la, when I went into the LT, only a handful of ppl were seated, and Dr Young was mumbling about how he thought a mid-afternoon lecture would be perfect but apparently it wasn't so... Yeah. Anyways, after school went to Indooroopilly to shop again. Haha! WAH LAU! The quilts and covers and everything were like 25% off the price we bought lor! *slaps forehead* We could've saved alot if we bought it today instead lor. Haiyah, whatever la. Shopped for even more stuff! Electric jug (the kind can boil water one), sandwich maker (coz it was on offer, 2 for $25, the jug & this), iron, some more food... I had a very strong craving for chocolate & I realised I hadn't had any for so many days! So I invested in a Wonka Whipplescrumptious something something caramel bar. It was delicious, I tell u. To satisfy a craving with something really good... mmmm... ;) Oh, and we settled our electricity & phone line & internet stuff today too. So we'd have power & phone line the minute we moved in on Saturday. Unfortunately, internet has to wait for another 8 working days or so. Yeah... So we met Vivian & Vidhya (dunno if that's spelled correctly) & Jessica at the Food Court to get the keys so we could come home first. It was raining but we walked on anyways. Came back & cooked up a sumptious meal for 3! 5 packets of instant noodles, 7 fish fingers, 3 eggs, 2 rather large bunches of xiâo bái cài and 3 glasses of Pepsi. Sounds good? Haha! Tastes good too! But eating intant noodles for the past 12 days isn't exactly healthy is it? Haha! Don't worry. I'll be eating healthy again once we move to our new place! *excited* Oh, and a slice of rock melon each as well... hee!

Whilst I was bathing, I suddenly missed everyone in church. Ya... started to think of being with them, talking & eating together, going out, playing Captain's Ball, shopping, hanging around... oh-h-h... I really miss you guys (and girls, of course). How I wish I could go back and be in everyone's company again. =( And the next thing I knew, I came outta the bath & Jared told me Vidhya's going home! Like, wha-a-at? Why? When? Turns out, she's quitting the course & going home next week. Talk about going home man! Hai...

Needless to say, he misses her the most. Yes yes... you've all been reading about him missing her & him loving her and all. Boring right? Y'know, this is my blog. I can repeat as much as I want. But yes, he really does miss her. Wants to go back in June but doesn't have the money to. *hugs* but it's just air. *muacks* but it's just sound. Dreams are but a few nanoseconds long. Hold on, he tells himself... hold on...

Heya! G'day to y'all!

Had an 8am lecture again... Virology. Yep, talked about the different families & forms of viruses. Interesting y'know, but I didn't get to print the notes beforehand so I had to write everything on paper. Well, I do now! Went to print just now at POD (Print On Demand)... Was only 60c! Haha! Yep... And something terrible happened during lecture. It was about 15min into the lesson when suddenly, "Lalalalalalalalalalalala!" I hastily silenced it and ppl were giggling and the lecturer was smiling at me saying, "That is one weird sound!" and someone behind goes, "Yeah, send it to me!" and Dr Young goes, "Yeah, maybe u could send it to everyone," and he laughed, along with a few others. So embarrassing can! Haha! After lecture I found a bench somewhere & just napped for an hour in the lotus position. Haha! Then went for Virology prac. We were all standing outside the lab waiting for Dr Young to arrive. Then this girl started to talk to me. Actually I was quite sure who she was before that already, but she asked me if I knew Sarah. Yeah! And I proceeded with my name and her name, and she was quite surprised I knew her name & her face! Haha! But she said she saw me during orientation but wasn't sure if I was who I am. Anyways, she then introduced me to alot of her friends... who, not surprisingly, were girls. Mostly from NP, some from SP, TP & NYP... yeah. Talked for abit more, then Dr Young came le, so we all went in & took a seat... I was wondering if I should sit with them but figured I should let them all sit together instead. So it happened that whoever you sit with on the same bench were your group members for this module already. Oka-a-ay... My group wasn't so bad. The guy sitting next to me is Blake, an Australian. And the rest I didn't know their names but there was 1 malay girl & 2 chinese girls I think. So we're a group of 5. After Dr Young briefed us about the lab "rules" and assignments & stuff, we were free to go! All these took like 30min! Haha! So yeah, I was 1.5h early, so I walked Wee Leng home, just for the company... and to talk la, so next time lecture or what at least got ppl I can talk to, y'know? Yeah. She doesn't stay far from me so it was alright. Came home after that, didn't know what to do (at that time, I hadn't printed my notes yet), so I started watching Bionicle 3. Jared & Guoqian were doing their maths... haha! And Shuxian was watching some HK Drama on her laptop. Yeah... nothing much. Then Jared asked if I wanted to go sch, so we could apply for internet for our new place. Ok lor... So I borrowed Shuxian's keys (she asked me not to lose 'em again. Haha! Learnt my lesson) and left. In the end, Jared said UQConnect has a very expensive setup fee, so said wanna go Indooroopilly to do. But if we go, Shuxian won't be able to come home coz she has no keys & her lessons end at 4. So ok lor, tmr then go & do lor... anyway Thursdays are suburbs' late night mah. So we went to print my lecture notes, then wanted to go library to surf net, but sidetracked to the bookshop to buy some files instead. Then dun wanna go library le, so went to another bookshop to buy lecture pad, then walked home le lor. Reached home, wanted to finish watching Bionicle 3 but Jared wanna watch too, so we started from 1. Haha! Finish already then I continued to finish 3. So now here I am, blogging coz I dun wanna start studying yet. And I don't have internet connection to surf. *sigh* I wanna post my blog!!!

Tonight dinner dunno wanna eat what again. Probably will fry luncheon meat & sausages & eggs... Sounds like western meal? Haha! Yeah... it does. Except Western has chinken chop or steak or something but we're eating luncheon meat! How pathetic. I wanna move house faster! I want my own kitchen & my own fridge &amp; my own food! And my own table & bed & everything! *whines*

Ok, we did fry luncheon meat & 2 sausages & egg (note: singular). And 4 packets of IndoMie. All shared among the 3 of us. =)

D'you think we're pathetic? Coz I do... haha! Every meal we eat at home so far is instant noodles. Occasionally we add other side dishes (like today), but most times, it's just noodles & a drink. How unhealthy. Haha! Yeah, well... wait till I move to my new place! Rice & veg! Here I come!!! *drools thinking about it* Ya, we hadn't had a meal that consists of vege for the past 10 days... Yeah! I know! Well, have la, the little pieces of lettuce in burgers lor. And if potatoes count as vege, then yes, we've had lots! But in a >slightly<>
Ok ok... I gonna bathe now. It's cold... not brrrr-cold but my hands are cold enough to move slower than normal. 25°C in the room. I'm sitting immediately under the ceiling fan that's on full blast. =)

Good afternoon! No... it's still morning! Haha! And I'm home already. *sigh*
Had an 8am Arthropods lecture today. He talked about wasp & bees & ants & spiders & scorpions and their stings & venoms. It was just a brief introduction but it was enough for me to think I'm gonna enjoy this course. Yay! Lecture ended at 8.45am, and I had no direction. Waited downstairs for this girl I met on Orientation Day when I was talking to Jeanette Mar. Yeah, when she came down & saw me & I smiled at her and introduced myself & told her where we've met, she was like, "Oh-h-h! No wonder I was thinking how come you looked so familiar!" Haha! Ya, so we walked towards the library where she was headed, and chatted abit on our courses & my accomodation. Turns out she's taking Virology too! Unfortunately, she's in the Monday prac while I was in the Wednesday one. Now I have to group up with strangers... Oh wells. Anyways, went to the bookshop & the Copy Centre to help Jared & gang look for their MATHS2000 workbook but couldn't find. So I gave up & walked about the place waiting for their lessons to end at 10am. Went to BACS (Biological And Chemical Sciences) and Goddard Building SIB (School of Integrated Biology) to ask about my Insect Science course materials but apparently no one knew about it, and Dr Margaret wasn't around. So I was about to leave when I noticed this brown t-shirt with yellow-orange circles across the front at the SIB Enquiries Counter. It appears that it's the SIB t-shirt & it's selling at $18. It looked cool! Haha! So I asked about it and ended up buying it. I'll take a picture of it next time. =)

I need to print my Virology & Arthropods notes... shit. Today's lecture I write all on a piece of paper lor. Looks like tomorrow morning's lecture would be the same le. Did I say I lost the internet connection at home? Yeah, that's why I couldn't post last night's and today's. And I didn't bring my laptop to sch today so I couldn't even like download the notes onto my com la! Then wanna play Neopets also cannot... =P Hai... anyways, I'll continue my entry later la. Might take a nap now... or if I have reason enough, I might just go Indooroopilly Shopping Centre to browse...

Wah lau... *whines & whines* I lost the keys! Shit man... 3 days before we move out & I had to lose it... What's wrong with me sia?
Anyways, yeah, just came back from Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. Shopped for more stuff & spent more money. *shakes head* I'm really gonna have to scrimp man... There goes my K750i or W800i. =( Bought myself a quilt & quilt cover, that's $14.99 + $19, and a set of white bedsheets that includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet & 1 pillow case, that's $19.99. Totals up to $53.98. And I found my anti-freeze! Haha! And perc too! How cool is that? For those who know, I'm ready for my handicraft anytime... Yup! Then we went around looking at mobile phone offers... The cheapest I saw was a K750i on the Optus network. $49 cap plan for 2yrs with a $15/mth installment, or $39 plan for 2yrs without anything else. Wanted the $39 one but there's like, very little talktime lor. But now it seems I wouldn't be getting any anyways...

Ok, I have nothing else to type for now... I just hope the internet will be up by tonight. *shrugs*

He's had a not-so-nice day... and oh, how he wished she were here to make everything nice, like she always used to do. He starts seeing her everywhere again. And each time, his heart just palpitates faster, and each time, the realization of the truth just brings him down harder. Missing someone isn't easy at all... =:(

G'day mate!

Was nearly late for my first lesson today! Haha! But made it anyways. It was Virology lecture. Dr Young just gave a brief outline of the coming semester and all, and that took about 40min. End of lecture! Then the next one was Arthropods & Human Health conducted by Dr Sassar or something like that.. He just talked about the semester for like 15min lor! Then he started the lecture liao. Most of us didn't even have lecture notes! Shit... haha! I need notebooks for my courses man. Anyways, he ended the lecture at 10.50am, and I was free already. So I went around the place, wandering into bookshops and libraries and ended up settling down in the Social Science library & configuring my laptop performance. Haha! Then I slept for about 50min then went to meet Jared & Guoqian & John. Went down to Toowong to look at fridge & washing machine & buy some groceries & look at what K-Mart has to offer. Then wanted to come back but 2 buses came by & we couldn't get up so we got frustrated & decided to walk home. Yep! Took us about half an hour.

Once we got home, we greeted our "land-ladies" but had to rush out again coz Louis was here already. He's Mei's boyfriend I think... yeah, whatever. So he drove us to his place to have a look at the things we needed. Wow! Like, so much can! Crockery, pottery & cutlery... sofa-bed, rice cooker, dining table, shoe rack, hangers... Everything was there! Cool! Haha! So we picked all that we required and gave him $200. And the smaller stuff, he helped us bring to DL's place for temporary storage so it'd be easier on Saturday. And then he sent us home. Cool!

Anyways, I'm gonna cook dinner & sleep early tonight. 8am lesson tmr! Oh, did I say I didn't collect the chemicals today? It's on Friday... haha! Crap...

He still thinks of her all the time. Today, she came to his mind even when he's in the loo, doing a multi-million dollar business! Haha! That's abit crude... sorry. But yeah, he's refurbished Windows to their favourite colors!
