Saturday at noon... relaxing abit. =)

Heya~

*si-i-igh* It's nice to relax at home doing nothing much in particular after such a long time of assignments. Listening to soothing music & smelling the fragrance of cooking rice. Amazingly, the title of the song I'm listening to now is called Take Five. Haha!

Ok... let's see. Since Tuesday, what have I been doing? Tuesday I submitted the PBL2 document to Cassie, and she compiled it. Hmm... Wednesday? *thinks* Oh ya, I pinned my insects, those that I caught on Tuesday... I think. Yeah. K, wait... my rice's done. Gonna prepare the other dish first...

*pause*

Ok... it's heating up... where was I? Oh ya... Wednesday. Then I went to sch to wait for Shuxian to walk her home... otherwise she'd be walking back alone lor... so dark & so cold... *shudders* She was rushing her programming (they call it CSSE - which I dunno stands for what) with her group. They were rehearsing la, so I just sat there & listened to Michael & Kathy present. Michael's cool... haha! Smooth... =)

Thursday! Hmm... Finished sch at 1pm. Came home, Daphne drove us to Toowong Village. There I bought my bike rack, finally. Haha! $24. And bought 3 blocks of 250g Wonka chocolate for myself & 2 blocks for Daph. Went down to Coles, bought a total of 13 cans of Chunky soup at $1.99 each! Haha! Shiok! In fact, that's what I'm eating right now... Hearty Irish Lamb Stew with plain rice. Tastes so shiok! Haha! Hmm... what else? Eggs? Yeah... dunno what else la. Anyways, got home, cooked for 5 of us (Daph, Max, Sue, Jared, myself), then after dinner I sat down to do some research on WNV (West Nile Virus... did I mention this previously?) for the GBL2...
Note: GBL & PBL are 2 different things. Group Based Learning & Problem Based Learning.

Went sch at around 10+ or so I think, to wait for Shuxian again. But I brought my work along also coz I know she'd take longer tonight... Friday was her actual demonstration. Expected completion - 2am. I did my Arthropods prac, all the stupid ticks... *grrr* And after that, prepared my PBL2 presentation for Friday, on Lyme Disease. Whoever heard of Lyme Disease man! I've never heard of it till the PBL question. *pfft* Prepare finish le then I did my GBL2 research also... do do do... then felt kinda tired. Haha! See the time, wah! 3+ loh! And Shuxian's group are still rehearsing & touching up. Haha! Could see they were all tired le... Kathy's eyes were SO-O-O red! Anyways, they did 1 last rehearsal and Michael & Kelvyn left. Haha! Shuxian & I left about 4.25am, Kathy & Patrick stayed back (apparently till 6am, touching up this & that). So late already, I just slept over at her place lor... Woke up at 8am, printed my notes & stuff, then headed to sch. 9am got project meeting (supposedly to go thru the presentation slides) but it only lasted till 9.30am (coz we didn't!)... haha! Lecture's at 10 so I went to the labs to look for Vivian's group. Haha! All wear black except DG. He wore a white shirt & a white vest, so nice! He's the presenter. Ya, talk abit, their demo went well, then I had to head off to class liao. After that came back find them again, then Shuxian also finished her demo, then we went off le lor. Wanted to meet up with Cassie to see if there's anything she needed help with but she said it was alright, we'll meet at 1pm. And that was only like 11+ lor. So called Shux & asked if I could go her place with her. Intended to sleep for like an hour before meeting Cassie but ended up chatting with Shux. Haha! Anyways, once again, the meeting didn't go thru the slides. Haha! We just saw our slides & went for presentation le.

According to my standards, we were like, totally crap! Haha! But during the Q&A, Scott O'Neil (lecturer cum head of SIB) asked us some questions and Cassie & Luke were able to answer them... and Scott said we were excellent! Haha! Down here is really weird lor. Anyways, I'm just glad we were "excellent". Hahaha! Stayed back for all the presentations except the last one coz I had to meet Ying. Surprisingly I was able to stay awake! Haha!

Ya, after that came home, so xian... didn't feel like doing anything. Ate dinner, then Vivian & Daph cooked also, then cannot finish so I gobbled up the rest. Intended to go drinking with Damien & Shux & Barry they all but Shux forgot her ID, so we went to eat pancakes! Haha! THE ULTIMATE (I believe I mentioned this before) is so totally Ultimate! I just couldn't get enough of it. And Shux & Daph couldn't too, and they were saying next time they come, they're gonna order that too. Haha!

Took a cab home last night. Wah, the meter worse than Adelaide's one lor. In Adelaide is jumps 10c every 4.5seconds. Here, I was looking & laughing! 10c every 2seconds can?! Anyway, sent Shux back, then Sue Daph & I got home & looked at this:

and edited some stuff & read & had a really good laugh at how Singlish was made to sound like a whole new language and it's really exotic & all... Go read it if u have the time! Haha!

Then I slept at 3am.. haha!

Woke up just now at 11.30 when Shux called me. Washed up, cooked lunch, and here I am, typing. Ok, I think I should continue with my research on WNV. *bleah* Sux... but, what to do? Hai. Maybe I'll go sch with Shux to find DL DG & Barry...

She's sick, and for so long, he couldn't do anything about it. He wished himself back by her side, taking care of her, serving her in every way, loving her, nursing her back to health. *wishful thinking* Sorry dear... I can't be by your side when you needed me most...
