BBQ Pork Spare Ribs! Haha!
Hey hey hey!!!
Shawn told me to get the Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce... says it makes everything tasty! I got it like last week or something? And tonight I tried it out on some pork spare ribs! Haha! And I have to say, it IS pretty good! Take a look! Haha!
And here are some prawns with chopped chilli & garlic & parsley flakes to go along. Stir-fried in peanut oil. Don't ask me why. The label on the peanut oil says goes great with asian food. Haha!
And well, there's eggplant for dinner also... but then I don't dare to show. Haha! It's like totally black la... I also dunno why. All I added was sambal & chopped chilli & oil & water la. Ah, what the heck...
Yesh, it looks like shit (well, not exactly), but at least it still tastes good... haha! Hey, I'm not bragging lor. It tastes like sambal brinjal still ok.
Ok la... just wanted to show the BBQ Pork Spare Ribs I had for dinner and will be having for lunch tmr. Guess I should get back to my Insect Pest Management book... Chapter 8 & 9... *bleah* Oh ya! Wah lau!!! Eunice went to Fraser Island!!! I wanna go too... *sigh* I saw pictures of some ecology students on the ILC... wa-a-ah... so nice lor. So nice so nice so nice!!! Eunice! I wanna see your photos! Haha!
