Weekend!!!

TGIF!!!

Nope, it doesn't stand for "Thank GOD it's Friday", and neither does it mean "Today GOD Is First" Judy... To me on Friday, 27th October 2006, it meant "Thank GOD I Finished!" My assignments, that is.

But here's something really really stupid. Both my assignments were due at 4pm. I finished at 2pm or so, and was so happy and hungry that I SMS Melisa to meet me at Toowong, then got Barry to go have lunch with me too! Haha! Then as we were eating Mac's $5 Feed halfway, I suddenly realised that even though I finished my assignments, I have yet to submit them! And they're in my bag then! And it's already 3:45pm! So wah lau lor! Haiyoh... where got people so idiot one u tell me? Haha!

Anyways, I ended up submitting both assignments before 5. I hope I don't get penalized for that.

OCF was good. It was the last OCF meeting this year. Last official one la... We all had abit of reflection, and an appreciation session for everyone in OCF... haha! It was nice. Daniel said I'm forever smiling! Hahaha! So funny la! Well, I do try to be happy, and I guess for most times, I truly am a happy person. But I'm not eccentric (as Judy once said). I get depressed at times too. Especially when I miss people I'm close to... people I love. And well, when I don't get my assignments done on time. And when something that I think ought to be done as perfect as possible is done half-heartedly or hecked... things for GOD, for example. I get angry if someone is 隨便 about GOD's work. Aiyah, there're alot of things I get angry about la, so as long as those things don't happen, I'm happy for most times. =) I was told that it's quite contagious... or maybe that's just my laughter. Haha! *bleah*

Today had a retreat at Sherwood Forest Park with the com & the exco of OCFUQ 2007. Haha! Tiffany said I'm always optimistic & happy, so she wants me to help her in her role as the "PR" *does the inverted comma sign with fingers* person in OCF. I'm cool with that. =) Yep! Yep yep... I'm optimistic. I try to be as much as I can. Anyways, there's no point in being pessimistic right? Right... don't argue with me. So yes, optimism. It sheds light to the cynical society we live in. But sad to say, I sometimes find myself being drawn to the cynical side of things when I cannot reason with myself why someone would do something bad when I don't usually think that person is bad. Know what I mean? No? K, like if someone is usually nice & all, and he/she suddenly steals money, I will defend him/her by saying maybe the family is in dire need of cash immediately & he/she has no means to raise it within such a short time & stuff... ya. But if I know that person does not face any reasonable difficulty to sort of "validate" the action, then my cynicism kicks in. Sorry la-a-a!!! I ran out of excuses for him/her mah! Wah lau... *pouts*

Pushing on, borrowed DL's PS2 & Eye Toy & went to Eunice's place to play! Hahaha! So fun! Too bad now is exam time... hai. Otherwise can play again! Yay! Then we cooked dinner... ABC Soup modified, kailan & mushrooms, grilled fish, and honeyed pumpkin! That was delicious Eunice... =) So sweet! Yum yum! Haha!

And now we're all so tired & stuff... I'm gonna sleep. It's been a tiring 2 days. =) Thanks Eunice, Judy & Melisa, for the day's company & games & dinner...

PS: Judy, and probably Eunice too, my reading area really too small meh? Haha! I need inspiration for a new blogskin leh... Wait, I got it! Ok ok... hahaha! Yay! You'll see...

Must take care of yourself ok? Drink more water & eat if you can. I only wish I could be the one taking care of you sweetheart.
