Never ending work...

*sigh* My title says: Never Ending Work... which is exactly what's happening. Haha! I just finished my report yesterday lor... then today had a brief review by the lecturer... and it looks like I have to start on my final report already. *bleah*

And I still have my insect collection to do... which is going quite badly I think... And I'm leading Bible Study this Friday... which is quite cool but the stress is there... y'know? Yeah...

Yet, here I am, waiting for my turn to have the kitchen area all to myself (and for my beef to defrost too) so I can cook my dinner. There's gonna be beef and pumpkin for dinner... no, they'll be 2 seperate dishes... =P Or maybe I could put 'em together? Hmm... *ponders*

Sue (or rather, Jared) just bought a puppy... think it's name is Twinkie... haha! Reminds me of pirated M&M's... u know, the ones that have all the pastel-ly colors instead of bright ones like M&M's? Nvm... Anyways, I always thought we're not supposed to have pets in our apartment... for one, it's carpetted... Coz when I asked if I could have a scorpion (which I have yet to get), Jared was worried about inspection and all... Ok la, to his credit, he wasn't overly worried... he just said that if there was an inspection, I should try to hide the tank or something. *shrugs* Anyhow, I'm not gonna pay for carpet damages should the puppy pee or poo somewhere... and I sure hope it wouldn't be in the living room, or worse, in my room!

*sigh* Crap can... my Olympus camera's lens cover is spoilt... It doesn't close completely... sharks. *pout* I think I'll bring it down to a repair centre over at Capalaba (Zone 6. I'm living in Zone 2.) some time... once I know how much everything would cost. I sure hope it can be repaired... seems to me like it's a small problem to repair... and hence, hopefully the price is also a small one.

Why does everything seem to go wrong at once?

I miss photography. Since I've been back here, I haven't been using my Panasonic at all... which is kinda sad. I love that camera... And I've been quite unfaithful too... *guilty* I've been looking at other cameras... mainly old film SLRs... I feel like buying one of those babies... *drools* But I'm not very sure of the mechanics & technology of the film era... so I need to read up on them before I plunge into the semi-darkside.

I joined a photography club though... It's not a real club, just a gathering of photographers. Haha! And so far, there hasn't been a gathering yet! It's kinda new... so I guess when I'm more free, I would go join them on some of their future expeditions...

Oh, but then the OCF committee have made me their official photographer for events. Haha! And for our weekly gatherings too! Yay!
