Ratatouille
Today was, as Bernice put it, swelteringly hot. But to me, everyday is sweltering. And tonight, the heat and the humidity and my mum's refusal to turn on the aircon just makes me totally regret coming back to Singapore! Mel also added that the weather makes you more easily frustrated, which is probably also why I'm feeling so irritated.
I think I need another shower... cold shower. I'm all sticky just SITTING on the sofa. Wah lau. I'm really tempted to go down to Mac's and use my laptop the whole night. Got free aircon, free internet, free electricity... I wish there was free food too... haha! Wishful thinking...
*sigh*
I really really wanna go back. I guess this was how Damien felt, even though he's been back here for what, a year? K, less than... but close to. No, it's not because Mel's there... ok, it is because Mel's there... but it's not JUST because she's there. It's everything else. The friendships, the freedom, the weather, the pace of life, the places to go, the people... everything is so different here in Singapore. I just can't get used to it... yet... hai.
Ok, sorry, I just wanted to rant.
Oh by the way, I watched Ratatouille with Laverne & Bernice. Haha! Nice show! Unexpectedly nice... really. U guys should go watch it... =)
Ok, I really really REALLY need to go take a cold shower. Heh... I don't even let that idea creep into my head the slightest bit when I was in Brisbane... now, I don't even let the idea of warm water creep into my head.
