Which... ermm... kinda looks just like the iPhone, doesn't it? Plus, what gets the public down is that it only comes in 8GB and 16GB versions... which everyone is complaining that it's not enough to hold videos and music. Apple's reason is that because they made it flash-based, it can only hold so much. And being flash-based, it's only 8mm thick! But lookie here:

"16 gigs? is that a typo? did they leave a zero off the end of that?"

"Now assume you add a cm of thickness to it so that it's 18mm thick and now it has 160gb of storage. Now you don't have to delete and readd movies. You can have your entire music and video library on it. That is what I want to be able to watch whatever I want wherever. Anyways, I'm at Starbuck's now... Raffles City branch. Why? Coz my sis came to work wearing slippers, and she forgot her shoes. She starts work at 7:30am, and she called at 6:50am saying

"Hey I forgot my shoes, could you bring it for me?"

I couldn't say no, could I? So I got up groggily, washed quick, dumped my laptop & WACOM tablet into my Crumpler, changed, rushed out & got in the squeeze with all the early commuters on the Mass Rapid Transit. Duh, I wouldn't wanna go all the way to town SO early just to pass my sis her shoes! Nope. So I'm gonna stick around and use the free Wireless@SG and Starbucks' electricity! Haha! Cheapskate right? Oh, and there's free aircon too! AND my mum gave me a free Tall size drink coupon to spend my time in Starbucks. Haha! So all in all, I only paid $1.68 for the luxury of a nice Green Tea Frappe, comfy sofas, airconditioning, almost unlimited power and wireless internet! I think that's a deal good enough for me. I know, it's not the kinda deals Shawn has but hey, we do different stuff man...

So, I did go to Jurong Point yesterday. Reached there at 3, looked for somewhere to use my com but there was nowhere with a power outlet... so I decided the best bet would be the library. But whaddya know! The library disappeared! And only after asking around abit did I realise that it actually has its own building now, across the road. By the time I found that out and found the building itself and got in & settled down and everything, it was 4pm already. Sheesh...

Met Mao at 6 for dinner at Ichiban Sushi... haha! Not that nice leh... maybe I just didn't find out what someone's recommendation was. Haha! But I'll go for it again, and indulge myself in an expensive sashimi meal... =) That's of course, when I get a temp job and get paid. Oh, she bought me a worship CD from LifeBookshop! Haha! Wanted to bring it along to listen to it but in my rush, I forgot. -.- But I saw the songs on it last night... nice nice nice! =) Thank you Sophia... for whatever reason you bought me that CD for. Haha!

After dinner, I headed to carry out my mission. Made my way to Blk 162 Yung Ping Road... I had previously called as "Benjamin from Federal Express" to ask what time Suhaila would be home. Haha! When her mum saw me, she was like,

"Hey Ken! Come in come in!"

Hahaha! Then she went in to call Siti out saying

"Ken is here! Ken! Ken la!"

And Siti came out like,

"Huh? What Ken?"

And she saw me and she was like,

"Kane! Oh my gawd! When did you..."

And I handed her Karen's most heartfelt present.

"Someone from Federal Express is coming to give me..."

*blank look* then *look of enlightenment*

"YOU're Benjamin!!!"

Hahahaha! It was a nice surprise I suppose. Hahaha! And she looked different! Well, her fringe grew longer so she doesn't look like her hairstylist gave her a wrong cut or something anymore... And we just sat down & talked about stuff like her family, her sisters, school work, Karen & the girls, my work & stuff... haha! Somehow we chit chatted for like 1.5h! I know I reached at 8+ and left at 10, so yeah... quite surprised we could talk for so long. Hahaha!

Talking about these happier stuff made me forgot what I wanna blog about already... like, the less nice stuff...

Oh oh! I saved something in my phone! About missing Freestyle. *sigh* I think it was after dinner last night then Mao & I were thinking of desserts... and I really miss Freestyle lor... The desserts were good... haha! Really good... and I miss the people whom I go Freestyle with... *sob*

I wanna go back to Brisbane!!! *wails*

I know it's been rough for you. But you told me you were alright! If you really weren't, you could've told me... there wasn't a need to lie to me. If you didn't wanna see me again, or talk to me again, tell me. At least then I'd try a different approach to try to be your friend again. Maybe I'd lay off abit and not text you so often (as little as it already is). Don't just suffer in silence, or suffer inside... alone. =(

I'm sorry I reduced you to such a state, if you really were reduced to such a state. I really didn't mean it to be this way. If you can ever find it in your heart to forgive me, to get over me, to want to be my friend again, I'll be here, waiting for you to trust me again, to be a friend again...

Even though questions remain unanswered, even though guilt gnaws at my soul, for now, I'll take a step back. I'll try not to appear in front of you as much as I can. I don't wanna hurt you any more than I already have.
